Catering and Equipment
We allow food and beverages to be served in all of our facility spaces. We can provide a list of suggested caterers for more details, but there are no restrictions on caterer selection. You may use any caterer you wish.
For events requiring catering, we have a kitchen adjacent to the Carriage House main room which can serve as a staging area for meal preparation and service.
The stainless steel kitchen is equipped with:
- Sub-zero refrigerator and freezer
- Two Dacor range gas stoves and electric ovens; total of 8 burners and 2 stoves
- A faucet is installed above the stoves for ease in filling large pots
- Two Alto Sham bun warmer units
- U-Line Ice maker
- Kitchen Aid Wine chiller: holds 24 bottles
- Three deep sinks and a wet bar sink built into a counter top
- Two dishwashers
- Two utility islands
- Air Conditioning
- Center Islands
- Two large cutting boards
- Large boiling pot and strainer
- Variety of sizes of Cephalon pots and pans
- Microwave
The Foundation can also supply the following items:
- 16 80-inch round tables
- 130 chairs
- 2 6-ft rectangle tables
- 2 8-ft rectangle tables
- White tablecloths for all tables
- Speaker podium
- Portable CD/Tape deck with remote control
- Coffee Pot
- Propane grill
