We consider requests on a first-come, first-served basis, and an application should be made with the Foundation.

Cost

There is no charge for the use of our facilities or equipment. In some cases, there may be a charge for videoconferencing or telephone conference calls. All food and beverage costs are the responsibility of your organization.

Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel your facility reservation at any time. In these rare instances, we will notify you as soon as possible so that you can make other arrangements. If the event is cancelled by your organization, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may offer the facilities to another organization.
